• Refund Policy

    Only orders sent to a Flex Delivery or PO BOX address are backed by our 100% guarantee. If an order doesn't arrive and is marked as "delivered" or "return to sender" and is not addressed to a PO Box or Flex Delivery address we are not responsible for the lost parcel. If a parcel does not arrive due to an incorrect address input by the user West Coat Botanics is not responsible for the lost order and no refund can be provided.     Unless the wrong product is sent as a result of an error, refunds are not possible. All sales are final.

  • Disposable Vape Pen Policy

    We will replace a disposable Vape pen if the item does not work out of the box.

    To qualify you must report the faulty item within 48 hours of receiving the package and include all original packaging and components.

  • Warm Weather Edibles Policy

    Although we keep all our edibles refrigerated, during warmer seasons there is a chance some edibles may melt during shipping order at your own risk.

    Melted items may not look pretty but are still good for consumption and we are unable to provide any refunds or store credit.
