• Refund Policy

    If for whatever reason your package does not arrive (as per Canada Post tracking) or if there is an error in your shipment we offer a full store credit for the missing items.

    Once payment is accepted for an order we are unable to process any refunds through credit card or E-transfer. Store credit is the only option available through our payment processor.

    Unless the wrong product is sent as a result of an error, refunds are not possible. All sales are final.

  • Disposable Vape Pen Policy

    We will replace a disposable Vape pen if the item does not work out of the box.

    To qualify you must report the faulty item within 48 hours of receiving the package and include all original packaging and components.

  • Warm Weather Edibles Policy

    Although we keep all our edibles refrigerated, during warmer seasons there is a chance some edibles may melt during shipping order at your own risk.

    Melted items may not look pretty but are still good for consumption and we are unable to provide any refunds or store credit.
