At the moment, we accept Interac E-transfers. When paying using E-transfer we ask that you please pay close attention to payment instructions that load on a new page after each time you checkout. They may change slightly so please don’t assume its exactly the same from your last order.

After sending an E-transfer it can take up to a few hours for it to be auto deposited. Once it has been deposited a team member will move your order to processing. If you don’t receive a confirmation email please check the spam folder of your email as it may have ended up there.

Other reasons the order was not confirmed yet is it could have been deposited after business hours. Our staff works from 9am-5pm PST Mon-Fri. during which time E-transfer deposits can be confirmed.

On the rare occasion if the E-transfer status is still “sent” or “pending” after more than 48hrs the transfer may have been blocked from being deposited. In this case calling your bank to provide more info and have them push the transfer through usually works. Alternatively you could cancel the transfer and try resending it.

We ship all orders placed and paid for by 6pm PST will be shipped the next business day. Although we do our best to ship orders placed same in the morning the same day we cannot guarantee all will make it before Canada Post pickup time.

All orders are vacuum sealed two to three times then placed in a sealed security mailer to ensure your privacy and order security.

Unless the wrong product is sent as a result of an error, refunds are not possible. All sales are final.

If an order doesn’t arrive and is marked as “delivered” or “return to sender” and is addressed to an incorrect address input by the user West Coat Botanics is not responsible for the lost order and no refund can be provided. Orders over $300 are automatically marked as “Signature Required” upon delivery. If you put “no signature required” in the order notes we will not mark the parcel as signature required, but you wave the shipping guarantee.
