Delivery and Fulfilment Policies
Barring unforeseen circumstances all orders received and paid for by 6:00 pm PST will be shipped next business day. We always do our best to get all orders out next or same day but cannot guarantee processing times.
Free Xpresspost shipping on all orders $150+
Items will arrive in a discreet box or bubble mailer that does not provide any indication of the contents within and is vacuum sealed to lock in any smells.
Shipping Guarantee
Only orders sent to a Flex Delivery or PO BOX address are backed by our 100% guarantee. If an order doesn’t arrive and is marked as “delivered” or “return to sender” and is not addressed to a PO Box or Flex Delivery address we are not responsible for the lost parcel. If a parcel does not arrive due to an incorrect address input by the user West Coat Botanics is not responsible for the lost order and no refund can be provided.
Orders over $300 are automatically marked as “Signature Required” upon delivery. If you put “no signature required” in the order notes we will not mark the parcel as signature required, but you wave the shipping guarantee.

Unless the wrong product is sent as a result of an error, refunds are not possible. All sales are final.
